#34 Fickle Feet

👣 This Movement Research is an ode to my feet. Letting them be the main actors of this dance.

💡

Check: Did you know that in an average lifetime, a person walks about 100'000 km, which is roughly equivalent to walking around the Earth 2.5 times? Our feet are incredibly strong, bearing the weight of the entire body, providing balance, stability, and mobility, yet they are super sensitive and intelligent, with numerous nerve endings, making them responsive to touch and pressure. The fascia in the feet, like fascia in other parts of the body, needs to be flexible to allow for natural movement.

🙏🏾 So - give them some love! They will thank you back.
