#25 Fold - unfold - refold

08.09.2022 - fold, unfold, refold: For the past few weeks, I've been taking every opportunity to practice deep folding into the hip joint. In a relaxed way, soft, activating the deeper fascial connections and muscles, I try to release movement energy that can unfold in all directions.
