My new warm-up is inspired by an online course called "Metamorphosis" by Human Animal, Stefan Crainic: Mobilizing the spine with worm-like waves and strengthening adaptive stability on all fours, with knees off the ground.
In this session I allow more chaotic, smaller wave movements and see how they move me.
Here, I am exploring tensioning all muscles to move sharply and quickly, and releasing the tension again immediately, to recover and let all waves and ripples move through the spine
